Pehillo is a 500 year old renovated family farmhouse surrounded by 42 acres of pure serenity. Walking through the property, you'll see hundreds of pine trees, poplar trees and wild animals peacefully enjoying their surroundings.
Part of the farmhouse has been completely renovated into 3 fully-equipped and independent 3-star vacation homes that can each hold 6 or 4 people. Two 6-person rentals each have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The other 4-person rental has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
In Pehillo, you can enjoy the ping-pong table, the beautiful 20 x 45 fieldset swimming pool (Depth from 4 to 7 ft) with diving board. Facing south, it will be the ideal place to relax while listening to the chirping of birds, admiring the sunset and perhaps seeing a deer... But you can also choose to follow our hiking trail created in through our plantations, or play soccer on the property lawn.
Pehillo is located in the historic royal city of Nerac which will give you a glimpse into the heart of the culture of the Southwest of France. The property is a short drive away from villages ranked amongst the most beautiful in France including Pujols, Monflanquin, Larressingle, Fourcès and Montreal de Gers. An hour and a half northwest of Pehillo, you'll find the Bordeaux Wine Routes filled with historic castles and beautiful vineyards to visit.
Pehillo is located between Bordeaux and Toulouse, about 80 miles from each and a short drive away from various local villages that make for a perfect day trip.
