Rent the full property for 16 people with swimming pool
Rental of the entire estate with swimming pool in Nérac – Lot et Garonne. The whole property contains 2 rentals for 6 people (1000 sqft each) as well as 1 rental for 4 people (800 sqft) and can therefore accommodate up to 16 people in total. The rentals are located in the renovated farmhouse of the estate built in local stone. Each cottage is equipped with a relaxing terrace with garden furniture, wood barbecue, deck chairs and umbrella for your comfort.
In total, the whole property contains: 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms :
- The two 6-person rentals each contain:
- Two bedrooms with a king size bed (180 cm) that can be converted into two 90 cm twin beds upon request
- A bathroom with a bathtub/shower and sink (to be shared between the 2 bedrooms) and a separate room with a toilet
- Upstairs, a bedroom with a 180 cm king size bed (which can be converted into two 90 cm single beds upon request) and a private bathroom with shower and toilet.
- The 4-person rental contains:
- One bedroom with a king size bed (180 cm)
- One bedroom with a queen size bed (160 cm) that can be converted into two 80 cm twin beds if requested
- A bathroom with a bathtub/shower and sink (to be shared between the 2 bedrooms) and a separate room with a toilet
Your events in Pehillo
Take advantage of the entire property to celebrate a family event. Maximum 40 guests are allowed and we offer the possibility of putting up a few tents on the property for free, for a total of 24/25 people accommodated. An event fee of 300€ per 24-hour event will be required. The event fee is mandatory if more than 16 people are expected, regardless of the number of people, up to a maximum of 40 people on site.
