Gîte du Pigeonnier & Gîte de la Source
Vacation Rental with a pool in Nérac – Lot et Garonne. Le Gîte de la Source et le Gîte du pigeonnier are about 1000 sqft each and are located in a renovated stone-built farmhouse. Adjoining but completely independent, they each have a relaxing private terrace with garden furniture, wood barbecue, deck chairs and umbrella. A maximum of 6 people can be accommodated in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in each rental.
The two vacation rentals can accommodate up to 6 people and feature:
- Ground floor
- One bedroom with a king size bed (180 cm) that can be converted into two 90 cm twin beds if requested
- One bedroom with a king size bed (180 cm for Gîte du Pigeonnier, 160 cm for Gîte de la Source) that can be converted into two 90/80 cm twin beds if requested
- A bathroom with a bathtub/shower and sink (to be shared between the 2 bedrooms)
- A separate room with a toilet
- Upstairs
- One bedroom with a king size bed (180 cm) that can be converted into two 90 cm twin beds if requested
- A private separate bathroom with a shower, sink and a toilet
Each room is equipped with a fan in the summer, central heat in the winter and each bathroom has a hair dryer and towel drying rack. The main room on the first floor includes an open kitchen that is connected to the living room with direct access to the private patio. The private patio has a dining table, dining chairs for 6 people and 2 lounge chairs, an umbrella and a charcoal grill (charcoal not included and should be purchased by renter if desired).
The wifi is included and access to the pool is shared with all occupants of the property (the pool is open from June 15 to September 15 - weather dependent). Pets are not admitted on the property to preserve the peace of the wildlife present.
Our rentals are open year round for stays of 2 nights minimum. They are available only on a weekly basis (from Saturday to Saturday) between July and August.
Equipment
The kitchen is fully equipped for your needs. In it you will find a dishwasher, a large fridge (2 small fridges in one of the rentals), a freezer, a ceramic cooktop with 4 heaters, a classic filter coffee maker and an electric kettle, a toaster, an electric oven, a microwave, silverware and dining ware and a washing machine and a drying rack.
Travel Light
Moving forward, all rentals include bed sheets and bath towels (pool towels not included) and the final cleaning at checkout. The kitchen also includes oil, vinegar, pepper and some spices as well as a clean sponge, liquid dish soap, a garbage bag and a few dishwasher tables for the start of your stay.
Kid Friendly
We welcome children on the property and try our best to make their stay as comfortable as possible by providing in each rental, by request, a baby bed, a high chair, a potty chair and a potty seat.
Community Living
The rental is shared with other renters and requires certain areas to be shared. Therefore, no parties or events are allowed.
